Max And Inna Wedding Music Video// Chicago, IL
Here is our latest and greatest, everyone. Max and Inna’s wedding took place in the windy city (and it really was windy!). They are such a fun and spontaneous couple, which you are about to see. They attracted so much attention downtown, and they were basking in it. Oh, and one more thing…their wedding was just simply gorgeous!
Their wedding was filmed in HD, which you can watch here, on Vimeo.
Max and Inna- best wishes to the both of you, and thanks again for inviting us to be a part of your wedding!

Viktor and Ludmila’s Wedding Music Video// Venice, FL
Hello Everyone. Glad you can join me. Today’s video is a local wedding we filmed right here in Venice, Florida. There was so much emotion; the tears, the looks, the vows (which are in the Russian language)….it’s great to be a part of these wonderful moments.
Viktor’s and Luda’s wedding was full of culture, beautiful decorations and great food. See for yourself.
Until next time,
Anna
George And Irina Wedding Music Video// Anderson, SC
Good day to everyone. Several days back we had a mini cold front come through this part of Florida, and it was so refreshing, but now we are back to just plain hot weather. Sigh….I can’t wait until the weather cools down. We are traveling this weekend to South Carolina this weekend. Hopefully it’s much cooler up there.
Speaking of South Carolina, here is a music video of a wedding we filmed there. George is from Florida, Irina is from California, but they got married in SC. Ahh..love really does bring people together.
They had a gorgeous wedding. There were so many wonderful details, as you will see.
They are perfect for each other, aren’t they? We all thought so…

Understanding Our Equipment: The Glidecam 4000 Pro pt.2
Good morning to everyone. I would like to follow up on a previous post about the Glidecam 4000 Pro. I had Igor make a very brief video about the difference between a camera on the Glidecam and one hand held. The subject was our son, Benjamin, who was very uncooperative for this project. Instead of running for the camera, he was running away from it, so please bear with the constant scene changes. What else would you expect from a 2 year old?
I hope you were able to see a difference, dispite all else. Feel free to comment or ask questions.

Understanding Our Equipment: DOF Lens
The next piece of equipment I want to briefly explain is the 35mm adapter DOF with a 50mm lens. If you are not familiar with this it may sound complicated at first, but it’s really not. You see it in most videos, movies and photography; but you may not have known the term for it.
Very simply: DOF stands for depth of field. This special lens allows the camera to focus on a particular subject while keeping everything else blurry. Depending on the aperture, we can have a large DOF (a lot is in focus) or a small DOF (objects in one distance are in focus). This is a very nice effect that helps accent what’s important in each video.
This is a very brief clip of a DOF test. David was just messing around with the lens, but you can definately see a difference. His subjects: his wife and their brand new (at the time) baby boy, Joseph.
If you haven’t before, you will also notice this effect on our videos. It is our goal to completely master the lens to perfect our wedding videos.

Understanding Our Equipment: The Glidecam 4000 Pro
We have been using the Glidecam system for some time now, but not everyone understands exactly what it is and why it’s important. I will explain.
The glidecam is a stabalizing system which can be used as hand held or with a vest(like in the video). It allows us to film traveling shots smoothly and gracefully without all the jerking you would normally get. The system is very versitile and allows us to move it up and down or side to side enabling the camera to glide in the air and capture steady and professional footage for your wedding video. The vest is an extra support system used for longer periods of filming. The screen that you will see in the video is an extra peice and is not always used.
This video (not done by TouchDream) aims to show you exactly how it works and demonstrates the kind of super smooth shots we are able to get. Notice towards the end how the camera glides smoothly while the camera man is running. Can you imagine how this would look with just a hand held camera?
With this technology we are able to take our wedding videos to the next level of professionalism. This is definately NOT your uncle Bobs vidoegraphy.
I will be back with more on the Glidecam soon…

TouchDream at Work
Hey there. It’s been a couple days now, and the team is getting ready to head on out to South Carolina…but more on that later.
We’ve been getting some questions about our equipment so I wanted to address that today. There is alot of different pieces of equipment that goes into the making of a great “film”.
Here is what we use:
- Sony Z1u DV/HDV 3CCD cameras (HD footage available)
- Wide angle 0.6x century optics lens adapter
- GlideCam 4000pro “The Name and Future of Camera Stabilization” no shaky footage
- Redrock M2 micro – 35mm adapter DOF with Nikon lens 50mm 1.4
- Jib1 crane system for outstanding and smooth high shots
- Sennheiser Shotgun mics used for those long distance or directional audio recording
- Sennheiser G2 wireless lapel mics usually hidden on grooms
Now here is a little video using some of the equipment and how it all works:
Hope you enjoyed it. Signing off,
Igor
Important Wedding Videography Shots
Wedding symbolizes the celebration of the love of a couple. That is the reason that every part of the wedding is very important. Wedding videos are made to have the couple preserve their wedding day. The video should contain wedding shots that are important. It should consist of the events that the bride and groom expect to see in their wedding video. As much as the couple wants to have the whole event captured in the video it will be impossible since it will take up a lot of time when the video is being watched. There are important shots that should be included in the wedding video.

Touch Dream – Sarasota Videographers filmed this wedding in Washington, Tacoma. “Our first time using the DOF adaptor and deffinetly not our last! We are very pleased with the results. Filmed with Sony Z1U cameras” Says David Kovalev part of Touch Dream’s team.
